After a typhoon, all sorts of trash is washed up onto the beach.
Most of it is from Japan, but sometimes, there’ll be an intrepid traveller from lands far, far away. This can is in Chinese, I believe, so Taiwan, Hong Kong or mainland China, I’m guessing.
Just as an aside, seeing the huge amounts of trash on the beach after a storm is terribly depressing.
