Photo of the Day: Wistful Dreaming

Staring off into the distance is a favourite pastime of mine, and pretty much everyone who comes to the beach, it seems.

Another favourite pastime of beach goers—well, locals at least—is digging for various creatures. The fellow in the background was digging for hamaguri clams. The ones near shore are small, and are nice in soup and pasta.
