Hydrangeas, or ajisai, are the flowers of June and the rainy season in Kamakura. Everywhere you look, tufts of blue, white and pink turn the city into a rainbow.
Too bad their appearance coincides with day after day of rain (which so far at least has been fairly scarce this year).
